LEASES

Our leases are 12-Month Leases ONLY spanning for a FULL CALENDAR year. You can inquire about shorter lease rates and terms at 832.969.4464 or by emailing us at PantherCrossing@H3KProperties.com.  

Our lease rates include the following amenities: 

  • 3- Bedroom and 4-Bedroom suites in each 1215 square feet unit with Oversized, Private Suites with Full Sized Beds
  • Each Suite has its own Bathroom with full sized bath tub/shower
  • Triple Secured entry doors for units and personal suites with security camera surveillance on entrances
  • Walk-In Closets
  • Hardwood Styled Flooring
  • Furnished Bedroom, Living Area and Kitchenette Suites
  • Full Kitchen
  • Full-Sized Refrigerator with Freezer
  • Dishwasher
  • Garbage Disposal
  • Electric Range Oven
  • Washers and Dryer in each apartment 
  • Study Desks and Chair
  • Nightstand Lamp
  • Walking distance to campus, directly across from the US Post Office
  • Ceiling Fans in Suites and Living Area
  • Security Lighting Around Premises
  • Premises Patrolled by Prairie View Police Department & Waller County Sheriff Department

UTILITIES PAYMENT SHARING

Residents share a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom apartment with separate on-suite full bathrooms and divide both the electricity and water bills amongst the residents.  These utility bills are due on the 1st of each month along with the monthly rent.

 

RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA

ALL Resident Applicants must:

  • Be a student at Prairie View A & M University; rather undergraduate or graduate, full-time or part-time
  • Have no prior broken leases or fees owed to a previous landlord
  • Apply with a Parent as the co-signer (30 years of age or older), with a credit score of 650 or above and proof of income that is more than 3 times the lease rate
  • Pay both the NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE, the SECURITY DEPOSIT and 1st month’s rent prior to move in
  • Follow the House Rules at Panther Crossing!
